How long is the Hcard-101 warranty?

1-year parts and labor. This warranty does not extend to the card that has been physically damaged or is not under normal operating and environmental conditions as a result of mishandling, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, misuse, or improper installation. (The customer is responsible for shipping charges).

The cards which are purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under our warranty.

Do you sell spare parts?

We sell parts like PCBs, displays, switches, cases... . We can also provide the part numbers if you like to buy the parts directly from other suppliers.

Shipment and Sales tax/VAT (Direct Purchase From Hypersynth)

Once the package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Depending on your location, the package will come from the nearest warehouse for dispatching.

The person receiving the package is responsible for all import duties and VAT. EU-Residents should normally pay (3.2% duty + 20% VAT) and Non-EU Residents should pay (4-6% duty + Extra Fee). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. You'll need to pay the courier company directly, or you might be invoiced by a customs broker.
