Moving from PC to MAC

Anyone know why my PC serial number doesn't work on the MAC version? I'm now using a Mac and want to use Miniak editor 1.8 for Mac. Do I need a new serial number?

PC serial number does not work on Mac, you should email our support and ask for the Mac Serial.
