Changing Setups on the ION

Is changing Setups (via the ION) supported by the editor? The reason I ask is that whenever I change the Setup on the ION, the editor seems to be changing Part A to something other than what's stored in the Setup. Apologies if this hasn't already been answered somewhere else, but wasn't able to find anything about this.

Not it is not supported. only the single program editing is supported.
