I dragged the component into the components folder within my plugin folder but neither Ableton Live or Logic recognise it. Any special things to do that aren't obvious?
Mac OS 10.14.6
Had put it into /Library/Audio/Plugins/Components/

Miniak Editor AU is a 32bit Audio unit, unfortunately Logic and Ableton drop 32 bit support in latest version, You should find a host that supports 32 bit plugin or use older version of these hosts.
